Garrison Washhouse (1880)

From Steam Laundry to Brewery – The Prussian soldiers who lived in Spandau around 1880 had to be supplied with clothing and food. In addition to the army laundry (with its own boiler house and water tower), the garrison bakery and the army commissariat were also located on the base. Brauhaus Spandau has been serving its own beer here since 1994.
