Ferry to Lindwerder Island

Ferry service on the Wannsee.
The island has been accessible by ferry since 1905 and soon after by excursion steamer. It developed into a popular tourist destination.

After 1945, rubble was dumped on the east side to enlarge the island. A passenger ferry and a cargo ferry operate to operate the current restaurant.
