The palace in Ząbrow dates from around 1880; it was rebuilt between 1920 and 1922, giving it a Neo-Baroque character. The palace was built for the estate’s owner at the time, Kurt Neumann. It was designed by Berlin architects Helmuth Grisebach and Heinz Rechmann. The palace was built of brick on a stone foundation. It was constructed on a rectangular plan, with rectangular projections along the transverse axis and a rectangular annex to the east. It is a two-story building with a habitable attic and a usable loft.  The western part of the building features basements. The palace is topped by a mansard roof. The roof is covered with carp-style tiles laid in a “crown” pattern. The building’s windows are rectangular. The facade is painted a reddish-ochre color, and the architectural details are stone-colored. In the center of both the front and garden facades are projections; the one on the garden side features a balcony. The entrance to the palace is very grand, accessed by a wide staircase surmounted by porte-fenêtres opening onto a small balcony. In front of the palace entrance is an impressive driveway. The palace has a volume of 4,600 and a usable area of 1,400m². The palace was once surrounded by a park. After World War II, the building was taken over by the Polish Agricultural Enterprise, which converted it into apartments for employees and offices. For quite some time now, the palace has stood abandoned and is falling into ruin. It can be viewed from the outside.
