The Baroque palace was built in the second half of the 18th century by the von Bredow family. Its construction is linked to the establishment in 1753 of a factory in Rościn that produced uniform clay pipes. The clay used in their production was extracted near Lake Rościńskie. In the second half of the 19th century, the palace was rebuilt. It is a two-story building topped with a mansard-gable roof. The palace is adorned with a grand avant-corps, crowned with a tympanum, and triangular pediments above the windows on the first story.

Along with the construction of the palace, a Baroque-style park—orderly and regular—was laid out on its southern side. In the 19th century, it was given the characteristics of a landscape garden—freedom, asymmetry, and romanticism. It is primarily home to chestnut, oak, linden, beech, and ash trees, though there are also individual specimens of plane, yew, and Douglas fir. A linden tree with a circumference of 450 cm stands next to the palace, while in the eastern part of the park there is an oak with a circumference of 440 cm. The palace and park have been left to their own devices, resulting in their deterioration. The complex is open to the public, but visitors should exercise particular caution when touring the palace.
