The palace was built in the Neo-Renaissance style on a rectangular plan, with two towers at the corners of the south facade. The southeast tower is two stories high; its top section serves as a balcony, while the other tower clearly dominates the entire structure. The first three stories (including the high base) have rectangular windows. These stories are separated by distinct, profiled cornices. The south facade also features a round bay window extending up to the second story, supported by a circular column. On the front facade, a wide, stately staircase leads to the main entrance located in a risalit, whose ornate corners are flanked by pilaster strips with profiled panels. The doors and windows on both sides are topped with semicircular arches. The remaining windows are rectangular, with uniform heights across the various stories. The plinth and columns by the staircase are decorated with rustication.

The building was constructed in the early 20th century and was destroyed by fire twice after the war.
