In the northern part of the town, we find the only residential house in Moryń that has been listed as a historic monument. The building is located at 9 Wąska Street, not far from the parish church. It was constructed on a rectangular plan measuring 17.9 by 9.45 meters. The house is a single-story structure topped with a gable roof. The facade has seven axes and features visible half-timbering. There is only one basement room beneath the building.
The building rests on granite stone foundations, and the basement walls were built from the same material. The exterior walls are partially filled with clay mixed with chopped straw and brick.
The interior of the house is laid out in a two-bay plan with a through hallway in the central section. Several historic elements can be found inside the building. The wooden exterior doors and window frames on the front facade are original, and the wooden staircase inside the building has also been preserved.
The building was listed as a historic monument in January 2000. It is currently privately owned.
