The cottage, which was once a forester’s lodge, was most likely built at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. From 1945 to 1967, a forester lived here. Currently, the building no longer serves its original purpose. The former forester’s lodge is built on a foundation of fieldstones bonded with lime mortar. It is a half-timbered structure with ceramic brick infill. On the west side, there is a large wooden porch. A small brick porch is located on the north side. The cottage is covered with a gable roof. Other buildings are situated in its vicinity. Parallel to the cottage, at the back of the yard, stands a barn that also serves as a livestock shed. A shed has also been added to this structure. There are also two small buildings here: a freestanding stone cellar dating from the mid-19th century and a farm building. The cellar is covered with a gable roof, has a wooden beam ceiling, and features a usable attic. The walls were built of large field stones. The entrance to the cellar is located on the courtyard side. The interior of the cellar is lit by a small window. The entire farmstead is not clearly visible from the road. The property is overgrown with dense trees and fenced with wire mesh. The entrance gate, made of wooden planks, blocks the view of the farmstead grounds.
