Kuropatniki is a forest settlement located within the forests belonging to nearby Krzymów. In the early 17th century, Kuropatniki was a fief of the von Sydow family; in the second half of the 17th century, the settlement belonged to War Councilor Anton Ludwig Kruger. In 1816, the area became the property of Johann Heinrich Neumann of Berlin. The estate remained in the hands of the Neumann family until 1945, when it was nationalized after World War II.

The hunting lodge was built by the owners of Krzymów between 1820 and 1830. The building features modest Neoclassical elements. The manor is a single-story structure with a gable roof and a usable attic. In front of the entrance is a portico with four columns. The building was renovated in 1959 and again in the late 1980s. The original interior furnishings have not been preserved.

The property was added to the list of historic monuments in November 1963. Currently, the manor belongs to a private owner who operates an agritourism business—the manor is available for rent. Plans are in place to expand the building in the future to accommodate a hotel and restaurant.

The hunting manor is surrounded by a forest park established in the 18th century, featuring a rich stand of old-growth trees, including red beech, sycamore, and tulip trees. The property is accessible to guests of the resort.
