The amphitheatre is the largest municipal auditorium built in the years 1977-1980 as a social action of the residents of Stargard. It is now managed by the Stargard Community Centre.
The amphitheatre consists of a stage and an auditorium for 2,500 people, idyllically situated on a slope. It hosts artistic and cultural events organised by the Stargard Community Centre and the town, e.g. music concerts within the framework of the Days of Stargard, the Stargard Cabaret Night and song festivals.
During the events, you can buy beverages, snacks and souvenirs at the stalls in the park surrounding the scene, while on the days when no festivals take place, there are no available service outlets or public toilets.
There is not a car park in the immediate vicinity of the amphitheatre. A car can be parked at one of the streets near the scene, for example at Wyszyńskiego, Piłsudskiego, Wojska Polskiego Streets (paid spaces), or at Czarnieckiego, Chrobrego, Struga, Portowa Streets (free spaces).
