• Address: Nowowiejska 16, 72-513 Wisełka

The building was constructed at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Its first owner was a professor from Berlin whose name is unknown; this may explain the building’s style, which is atypical of Pomeranian folk architectural traditions and instead draws on South German models.

The villa is a two-story building with a basement and a usable attic. The building is constructed on a rectangular plan, with its facade facing south. The south facade features a projection that extends beyond the wall face. A porch is located along the west wall. The main body of the villa is cuboid in shape, topped with a relatively flat gable roof. Attached to the main body of the building is a projection whose walls are taller than those of the main body; it is crowned with a flat, independent gable roof. The architectural form of the structure is fundamentally shaped by its massing, characterized by significant segmentation and harmonious proportions. The window openings are rectangular, vertical, and four-paned; on the first story, they are protected by wooden louvered shutters. The south, east, and west facades feature rich woodcarving details in the form of a cuboid inter-story cornice, profiled window sills, strip bands with cord-and-loop ornamentation, strips with cord-and-loop ornamentation separating the window openings, and profiled ends of ceiling beams, rafters, and purlins.

The building serves as a residence and is privately owned. The structure is accessible from the outside.
