MRZEŻYNO The harbour

Currently, (2013), the port is being reconstructed and renovated. New parking bays are being constructed, the access road to the port will be restored, and new warehouses and sanitary facilities will be erected. The shape of the breakwaters and currents create sand sediments along the eastern breakwater, depositing sand on the inner side, making the water shallow. Therefore, while entering the port, it is essential to stick to the western breakwater. Before entering the port, please contact the boatswain, who will tell you where to berth. This marina is a small dock in the depths of the harbour, on the east side of the river, where there is a connection to power and water supplies. Pre-payment machines have already been installed on the quay. The port is mainly a base for local fishermen. Here you can enjoy good fish on the reconstructed and fully renovated waterfront.
