"Monument of Gratitude"

The monument was erected in 1953. It is a tall, slender pole called the Monument of Gratitude to the Soviet Army. In 1995, a plaque was placed on the obelisk with the inscription: "In memory of all those who contributed to the victory and Polishness of the Gryfice region." At that time, the Soviet star that crowned the monument was replaced with an eagle.
