The building is located in the northern part of the Old Town’s street layout and is currently a freestanding structure. The house was built in the 19th century and remodeled in the early 20th century on a rectangular plan measuring 680 by 1,300 cm. The building’s footprint was expanded from the rear facade during the remodeling carried out in the early 20th century.
The building was constructed entirely using a timber-frame technique, with the walls partially filled with ceramic brick. The structure has two stories and a partial basement. Inside the building, there is a wooden staircase, and the living quarters feature original wooden floors. The original tiled stoves were replaced in the 1990s. The front facade retains its original window frames, as well as nearly all of its original door frames. The front door is double-leaf with carved decorations.
The front facade has four axes with symmetrically arranged windows on both stories. From the front, we can also see a wide cornice separating the stories. The front part of the house is completely plastered smooth.
Located in the Old Town district of Mieszkowice, the building is an integral part of the historic built environment. It was listed as a historic monument in September 1998.
