In front of the historic post office building in Widuchowa stands a villa that currently houses the Widuchowa municipal office. Like the adjacent post office, the building was constructed in the first half of the 20th century. It is likely that the building served the local municipal authorities as early as the interwar period.
The structure is a large, brick villa with a squat form and a high, gabled roof covered with red roof tiles. The gable end of the wall is finished with half-timbering, which should be regarded as a decorative element. The window frames are also ornate, featuring latticework. The wooden elements of the veranda are also noteworthy.
The building currently serves as the municipal office. In front of the office, there is a small parking lot with eight parking spaces (including one for people with disabilities). The villa at 9 Grunwaldzka Street was placed under the protection of the historic preservation authority in November 2006.
