Fisherman's festival - "Rudder to Dziwnów".

The Fisherman's Fest is a cyclical event, which is customarily held on the first weekend of July on the grounds of the Seasonal Marina in Dziwnów (Wybrzeże Kościuszkowskie 2a Street). The festival - being a celebration of Fishermen and Seafarers - is at the same time an emphasis on the fishing identity of Dziwnów (and the entire Dziwnów Municipality) and a kind of honor to the work of all those who are associated with fishing work at sea. All those who come to the event are entertained with shanty music, neptunalia, numerous shows, games and quizzes in which all the willing, regardless of age, can take part. Stories of the oldest fishermen of dziwnow are also very popular, and the culmination of this special holiday is the evening fireworks show. What should be noted - everyone who comes to the Festivities will be able to take part in numerous tastings, all thanks to the community of fishermen's wives, who prepare a lot of unusual fish dishes for the event. Nearly two tons of fish, which are served in a wide variety of forms, are donated each year. We invite you and guarantee an unforgettable experience !!!
