The villa at 20 Jedności Narodowej Street was built in the early 20th century and is one of the most interesting buildings in Maszewo. It is the only example of Art Nouveau architecture in the town. The building is topped by a gable roof with a risalit on the northern part of the facade. The facade features red-brick ornamentation, particularly in the form of window frames. However, the distinctive turret located in the southeast corner of the building draws particular attention. The turret is covered by a roof in the shape of a regular pyramid; additionally, decorative pinnacles have been placed at the apex and at each of the four corners.
The building has no entrance from the front; it can be accessed from the rear or through a small porch located on the north side.
The southern wall of the building adjoins 22 Lipca Street. It is worth noting that the name of this street is one of the few examples in Poland of a street name that has been preserved as a remnant of the communist era (which makes Maszewo an exception on the national map, especially since there are several other such relics of the past in the town). At a later date, outbuildings and a wall separating the garden from the street were added to the rear, western wall, which disrupts the original architectural layout.
From the postwar period to the present, the building has housed private apartments. This is one of the reasons why it has not undergone the necessary renovation for a long time.
