VI Historical Fest "In the Land of the Griffin".

Organized for the sixth time by the Museum of Archaeology and History, the festival is an outdoor event that is part of the Stargard Days celebrations. The Piast Park in front of the Basteja will once again feature a camp of musketeers, pikemen and artillerymen vividly transferred from the 17th century. During both festival days, during battles and skirmishes, it will again be possible to smell gunpowder and hear the roar of gunfire and the clang of weapons. Invited artisans and crafts reconstructionists will introduce you with colorful stories to the world of ancient or contemporary disappearing professions. a blacksmith's hammer will play on the anvil, alchemists will distill their concoctions for merriment and health, we'll see if the shoemaker really walks without shoes, we'll find out what a weaver weaves, and we'll also see what a skilled potter can conjure from clay.
