REGULATIONS OF THE VEHICLE PARKING AREA

The provisions of these rules and regulations are intended to maintain safety, protection of property and to ensure consensual, social coexistence among users of the facility.

1. The facility is owned by the State Treasury of the State Forests National Forest Holding, Karnieszewice Forest District.
2. The facility is a place of rest and recreation for individuals and organized groups.
3. The designated area for lighting a bonfire is available from 7.00 to 22.00 throughout the year.
4. Users of the facility are required to familiarize themselves with these rules and regulations and comply with their provisions.
5. Use of the facility and its equipment is free of charge. The State Forests maintain the facility through the harvesting and sale of timber as part of their sustainable forest management.
6. The facility is a place open to the public, the Karnieszewice Forest District does not reserve space for organized groups.
7. The organizer of the stay can only be an adult person, taking responsibility for the other members of the group.
8. Guardians are responsible for minors staying at the facility.
9. Users of the facility are required to comply with the rules of fire protection and health and safety regulations.
10. It is allowed to light a fire only in designated stone circles. Lighting a bonfire in places not designated is subject to penalty.
11. The use of bonfires and barbecues may take place under the supervision of an adult, whereby:
    1. The person lighting the fire is obliged to exercise extreme caution in its lighting and maintenance,
    2. Before the end of the stay, people who used the grill or bonfire are required to extinguish it,
    3. During the use of barbecue or bonfire, it is forbidden to leave the fire unattended,
    4. Only charcoal or charcoal briquette may be used for barbecues.
    5. Only wood prepared by the Forestry Commission and deposited on the premises may be used for bonfires. If there is a shortage of wood, you must purchase it on your own,
12. On the premises of the facility it is forbidden to:
    1. Destroying the facility's equipment, including stepping on benches and tables,
    2. Littering of the area and destruction of greenery
13. Those staying on the premises of the facility are forbidden to consume alcohol, use vulgar vocabulary and behave in a manner that threatens the safety of users
14. Users of the facility are responsible for maintaining order and tidiness during the use of the facility and for damage caused during their stay
15. All waste generated after the end and after the use of the barbecue must be taken with you
16. Karnieszewice Forest Inspectorate is not responsible for accidents occurring on the premises of the facility, lost or damaged items
