The cooking will be hosted by well-known and well-liked chef Tomasz Strzelczyk Oddaszfartucha YouTube
Tasting of freshly prepared fish soup and other fish dishes prepared by local entrepreneurs.
All guests will have the opportunity to taste unique dishes that will highlight the rich flavors and culinary traditions of the region.
???? Live Fish Smoking:
An additional attraction will be a live fish smoking demonstration, where you will be able to see the entire process and taste freshly smoked fish.
