Avenue of West Pomeranian Flavors at Jacob's Fair

The 15th edition of the St. James Fair will take place from July 24-28 this year on the grounds of the Archcathedral Basilica of St. James the Apostle in Szczecin and on White Eagle Square. The special sector "Alley of West Pomeranian Flavors" will consist of a dozen wooden houses, where exhibitors will present local, traditional and regional products from West Pomerania. These will include honey and bee products, breads, croissants, rolls, cakes, gingerbread, rose and tomato preserves, paprykarz and fish and wine preserves. For the first time, the alley will feature cold-pressed oils made from brown flax seed, thistle, rapeseed, pumpkin, evening primrose or nigella.
