The exhibition combines portraits of residents, fragments of the landscape, and everyday details, creating a multi-layered image of Świdwin seen from both a distance and up close. It is a story about how the places we come from continue to shape us—even long after we have left them. The exhibition combines portraits of residents, fragments of the landscape, and everyday details into a multifaceted image of Świdwin, seen simultaneously from both near and far. It is a narrative about how the places we come from continue to shape us—even long after we have left them. We cordially invite you to the opening. The project received funding from VdG (Association of German Socio-Cultural Associations in Poland). The exhibition is held under the honorary patronage of Polish Women Photographers. The idea of presenting the exhibition in this anniversary year—the 730th anniversary of Świdwin being granted city rights—was supported by Mayor Piotr Feliński and the City Hall of Świdwin.
