• Address: 74-300 Sulimierz

The first mentions of what is now Sulimierz—formerly Adamsdorf—date back to the late 13th century. A document from that time grants the Cistercian nuns in Recz the right of patronage over the local church, a right they retained until the 16th century. From its inception until 1945, the village was a noble estate that passed from one owner to the next. After the war, the estate was nationalized and became the property of the State Agricultural Farms.

A manor complex remains in the southern part of the village as a reminder of its heyday. The manor park, established in the 19th century, covers 6 hectares and stretches along the shores of Lake Sulimierskie. The park features numerous old-growth trees—oaks, European beeches, white willows, maples, horse chestnuts, and linden trees. Their age is estimated at 100–150 years, and the trunk circumference of some specimens reaches 400–450 cm. In the past, the park housed a manor house and farm buildings. Unfortunately, by the 1960s, the palace itself was already in ruins, and a residential building was constructed in its place. The 19th-century farm buildings have survived to the present day. They are arranged in a quadrangle with a spacious courtyard in the center. Among the buildings, one can distinguish a granary with a crane and a barn bearing a coat of arms.

The entire complex is currently privately owned and can be viewed from the outside.
