    The Natural History Museum of the Wolin National Park is located in the center of Międzyzdroje, on the provincial road No. 102, and precisely on the section where Niepodległości Street intersects with Maria Dąbrowska Street and Góra Filaretów. Kolejowa street leads from the train station in Międzyzdroje to the museum, it is only 800 m away. The large garden, where the museum is located, is located on a hill and is visible from a distance.

The museum shows the rich fauna and flora of the Woliński National Park. The open-air exhibition on bird species is one of the main attractions of Międzyzdroje.

The Natural History Museum of the Wolin National Park prof. dr. Adam Wodziczki was established in 1962. At that time, it had its seat in a historic white palace from the 19th century. In 1995 it was moved to a modern building with an area of 900 m2. The museum presents collections of fauna and flora occurring in the Wolin National Park.

In 1960, the Scientific Council of the Wolin National Park decided to establish the Natural History Museum. The collection of collections for the museum began, and in 1961 the first nature exhibition was opened. The exhibition was very well received, it was visited by over 3,500 people. In 1962, the exhibition was transformed into the Natural History Museum, which presented several new exhibitions, with a 100% increase in attendance. The museum was supplemented with new specimens of animals and plants, the constantly expanding collection of exhibits was very popular and at the end of the 1970s the museum was visited by about 100,000. people per year. In the 90s, the museum covered the entire building with an area of 350 m2 and presented its collections in 8 rooms. In 1995 the seat of the museum was moved to a modern building.

The museum's exposition includes 5 exhibition halls. Permanent exhibitions present the beauty and uniqueness of the nature of the Park and the richness of fauna and flora. These include birds of the Reverse Świna Delta, forest mammals representative of the Wolin fauna and animals of the Park's aquatic ecosystems. In the museum, you can learn about the geological structure of the island and learn about the history of Baltic amber. Noteworthy are large dioramas depicting landscapes characteristic of the park, such as the coast of the Szczecin Lagoon, seaside cliffs at different times of the year and bison. In the dioramas you can see several dozen species of water birds, including cormorants, goldeneyes, swans, kingfishers, grebes The most valuable collections include: the largest collection of male militants in a mating robe in Poland, which amounts to approx. 130 pieces, a specimen of a golden-crested penguin, a diorama of white-tailed eagle with chicks, gray seals, bison specimens and forest mammals.

White-tailed eagles are a characteristic symbol of the Wolin National Park. Next to the museum, we can see a pair of these magnificent birds of prey. In addition to white-tailed eagles, you can also see the eagle owl - the largest Polish owl. This open-air exhibition is one of the main attractions of Międzyzdroje

The museum has two conference rooms with modern equipment, showing nature films for residents and tourists in the summer.

The former museum building houses the Old Museum Gallery, established in 2005. The gallery presents exhibitions on various topics, mainly related to nature and history education, as well as artistic creativity - photography, painting, drawing, sculpture, music.

The facility is fully adapted to the needs of disabled people.
