From the very beginning, the village had ties to nearby Moryń—due to the ferry crossing located in Przyjezierze. In the 14th century, the village was owned by Nicolaus von Sack of Rosnow; in the first half of the 15th century, Przyjezierze was in the hands of the von Block family; and from 1487 onward, the estate once again belonged to the von Sack family. In the late 1920s, nearly 300 people lived in the village—163 of whom were associated with the farm.

Among the former manor buildings, we find a historic 18th-century manor house. The building was constructed in the Baroque–Classical style with a projecting risalit topped by a tympanum. The structure is a single-story building with a high attic suitable for conversion. The ground floor features 10 rooms—including a ballroom and a hallway with a staircase. There are two rooms on the first floor. The building has a full basement. The total area of the manor house is 600 square meters.

The manor house was built of red brick and features a mansard roof. It was remodeled in the 19th century. The building is surrounded by a landscaped park covering an area of 3 hectares. The garden features an interesting collection of trees and a chestnut-lined avenue.

Currently, the historic building requires extensive renovation; the window frames are missing, and the facade and roof need restoration. The building is privately owned, and the owner is attempting to sell the manor house along with the surrounding park. The building was added to the list of historic monuments in October 1957.
