The beach on Lake Brzeźniak is located south of the village of Brzeźniak. It is an excellent place to rest for cyclists traveling along the western lake district route. An additional attraction are the embankments, which are remnants of earthworks related to the construction (before and during World War II) of the motorway. The road was supposed to connect Berlin, the capital of the Third Reich, with Königsberg, running through the so-called Polish corridor. The embankments can be found both along the route, before the village of Brzeźniak, and between the village and the beach.
