Old Railway Trail This route runs through the lake districts from the north to the south, connecting the Baltic Sea with the Wałcz Lake District. In the near future, the route from Kołobrzeg or Mielno to Wałcz will follow the former railroads. Aside from the sentimental value, this kind of cycling trip is just easy and pleasant. The old railroads will allow even the beginner cyclist to tackle the tallest hills of the Łobez Highland without any trouble. At the moment, there is a complete marked section available between Białogard and Złocieniec. You can get from Kołobrzeg to Karlino via a convenient cycling path. The route will take you to multiple palaces, interesting churches, old railway stations, but most importantly, you will be able to enjoy nature.
